Zain ul Hassan Siddiqui
Senior Associate
Zain’s practice in the Firm focuses on specialized projects, especially matters concerning public procurement and public-private partnerships in a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, real estate development and mass transport. He routinely advises both private parties and government departments on various aspects of the public procurement and public-private partnership laws of Pakistan. He also assists senior lawyers at the Firm on various corporate advisory matters.
Zain graduated from the Duke University School of Law (United States) in 2021 with a Master of Laws degree. While pursuing his LL.B (Hons.) at the University of London, he was an avid participator in various moot court competitions and has represented his institute both nationally and internationally.
Prior to joining the Firm, Zain practiced as a litigator in Lahore and worked on donor-funded projects with the government and judiciary.
