Zahra Abid has been a Partner since 2015. Her areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, private equity and venture capital, payment systems and fintech, capital markets, securitization, and regulatory advisory. She specializes in advising clients in the private equity and venture capital and payments space and her clients include some of the leading foreign and local private equity and venture capital funds, payment companies and start-ups. With an eye to contributing to the wider legal community, Zahra has provided valuable advice to Governments and financial sector regulators, including the State Bank of Pakistan and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, on significant legislative and regulatory reforms in the financial sector.
