Shahan joined the Firm in 2015 and was appointed as an Associate Partner of the Firm in January 2022. He has over 10 years’ experience of acting in a range of disputes before various Courts and Tribunals in Pakistan. Shahan advises clients over the whole course of dispute resolution proceedings, with a focus on civil, commercial, constitutional and banking matters.

Shahan has developed significant experience in matters pertaining to shareholders disputes, company law matters, white-collar crime, land disputes, public procurement, banking, intellectual property, inheritance and family law disputes. He regularly appears before the High Courts and also assists the senior partners in a range of litigation matters in the Honourable High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan. Having spent a significant part of his career with the Firm, he is fully equipped to understand the clients’ need and provide specialized legal services to defend clients’ interests.

Over the years, Shahan has attained a significant understanding and knowledge of the law as well as the practice and procedure in the Courts throughout Pakistan.

Shahan is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
