Mohammed Umar Shereef

Senior Partner

Umar Shereef is a senior partner of the Firm, specializing in Projects, Project Finance, Privatisation and PPP. Umar has over 20 years of experiences advising both sponsors and lenders (including DFIs and ECAs) on all development and financing aspects of power (including thermal and renewable) and infrastructure transactions. Most recently he has been working on water projects in the PPP sector with DFIs and the government, developing Pakistan’s first privately-owned water treatment and distribution projects.
