Hammad is a Senior Associate at the Firm, specializing in Projects, Privatisations, and Public Private Partnerships. He regularly advises both sponsors and contractors on EPC and O&M Contracts, and other project development matters from conception to execution.

He frequently advises government entities and bidders on public procurement related matters. Hammad plays a pivotal role in the Firm’s multiple teams advising on complex privatisation mandates in the areas of aviation, airports, and power sector.

Hammad holds a BA-LL.B (Honours) degree from Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where he graduated with a High Merit in 2023. While completing his BA-LL.B (Honours) degree, Hammad was the Convener of LUMS Law & Politics Society and also served as a Teaching Assistant for multiple law school courses.
