Asim is a senior associate at the Firm’s Karachi office and is part of the Banking and Finance team. He works with the Partners on a range of matters including banking and finance, with a particular focus on project financing and Islamic financing. Asim’s work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements including facility agreements, security documents and other ancillary documents required in connection with such projects in addition to undertaking extensive legal due diligence and rendering legal opinions. He also routinely advises clients on energy and infrastructure projects and other forms of corporate financing.

Asim holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London. He is enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Sindh Bar Council and the Karachi Bar Association.
