With around twenty years of legal experience to his credit, Mohammad Anwer has been involved in some of the most complex and one of their kind commercial transactions which have helped establish the Firm as a dominant player in the market. He is recognized for his expertise in corporate finance, having extensively serviced local banks and major international institutions in bilateral and syndicate lending, structuring of debt and debt instruments, reorganization of debt, and complex inter-creditor arrangements. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and M&A transactions in a wide range of sectors including the banking and finance and oil and gas sectors. 

Anwer’s ‘hands-on’ approach is a major reason why he has the confidence of some of Haidermota & Co.’s prime clientele. Through his ability to meet demanding deadlines, he has sustained and developed very important relationships for the Firm. These qualities have earned him the reputation of being a “tremendously pragmatic and solutions driven partner”.

Anwer is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
