Lyba works in the Firm’s Lahore office and assists the senior lawyers with matters pertaining to corporate/commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and public-private partnerships. She is a key member of the corporate/M&A practice of the Firm and has a particular interest in assisting senior lawyers in matters involving shareholders’ rights and obligations.

She holds a BA-LL.B (Hons.) degree from the Sheikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law of the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where she graduated with Distinction in 2022. While completing her BA-LL.B (Hons.) degree, Lyba acted as a teaching assistant for several courses including the course of Equity, Specific Relief and Trusts.
