Kanwar’s practice in the Firm focuses on corporate financing (including conventional and Islamic financing), mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganizations, capital markets, anti-trust and competition matters, property and real estate and general corporate and commercial matters.

Kanwar completed his Master of Laws from the University of Dundee (Scotland, United Kingdom) and was awarded a scholarship (University of Dundee’s Global Excellence Scholarship) for the postgraduate program. Kanwar completed his LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London. He is enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Sindh Bar Council.
