Jahanzeb is a Partner and the Head of Litigation.

Jahanzeb serves as the Honorary Consul of Australia with consular jurisdiction over the Province of Sindh.

Jahanzeb has over 18 years of legal experience and appears before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the High Courts of Sindh, Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar as well as various regulatory bodies and tribunals all over Pakistan. Jahanzeb is also engaged as a mediator/ arbitrator in civil and commercial matters. He trains and delivers lectures to public officials, members of the judiciary, law students and directors of public listed companies.

Jahanzeb is the recipient of the: (a) Professional Achievement Award by the British Council; (b) Legal Falcon Award 2022 by Lex-Falcon Global Awards; and (c) 50 Leading Lights in Asia Pacific 2021 in the Leadership and Kindness category by WoF Program.

Jahanzeb appears in arbitration (enforcement (or challenging) of arbitration agreements and arbitral awards (both domestic and foreign)), aviation, banking (recovery suits, regulatory action, criminal proceedings in terms of the 2001 Ordinance and the 1984 Ordinance), constitutional (challenging the vires of legislative enactments, challenging executive action (or inaction) at the federal, provincial or municipal level), commercial, company (shareholders disputes, mergers & acquisitions, schemes of arrangements etc.), civil, tax (direct & indirect including provincial sales tax on services), trade remedy (anti-dumping duty, safeguard measures & countervailing duties) and white-collar matters (NAB/FIA etc.).

Jahanzeb is representing and/or has represented and/or advised the State Bank of Pakistan, the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the Central Depository Company, NBP, MCB Bank, ABL, UBL, HBL, Faysal Bank, Summit Bank, Habib Metro Bank, Askari Bank, Adamjee & EFU Insurance, Nishat Group, Yunus Brothers Group, Sapphire Group, Arif Habib Group, Gul Ahmed Group, Dawood Group, Engro Fertilizer Limited, ICI Pakistan, Pakistan Mobile Company Limited, Pakistan LNG (Pvt) Limited, PTCL and UFone and HUB Power Company Limited.

Jahanzeb serves on the board of The Citizens’ Foundation (TCF), The Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, The Citizens Archive of Pakistan & The Kidney Centre, Karachi.
