Ibrahim is an associate based at the Firm’s Karachi office. His practice at the Firm focuses on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganizations, capital markets, due diligence, real estate and general corporate and commercial advisory.

Ibrahim is a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn and completed his Bar Professional Training Course from the BPP University London. He is enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Sindh Bar Council.

Prior to joining the Firm and shifting to transactional practice, Ibrahim gained substantial experience in litigation and arbitration assisting senior lawyers in handling complex high-value disputes before various forums including the Supreme Court of Pakistan and London Court of International Arbitration.
