Humail Atiq is an Associate at the Firm’s Lahore office and is part of the Firm’s corporate team. She works on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate transactions, regulatory and general corporate advisory, as well as private equity and venture capital funds.

Humail holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Royal Holloway, University of London, where she was actively involved in the Law Clinic as part of the Legal Aid Society. She also holds an LL.M. in Legal Practice from The University of Law, Bloomsbury, London. She has successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court in Pakistan.
