Anushka’s practice in the Firm focuses on private equity and venture capital funds, payment systems and technology, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, non-banking finance companies and transaction advisory matters. 

Anushka has completed her BA-LL.B (Hons.) degree from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) with High Merit. While completing her BA-LL.B (Hons.) degree, Anushka was a teaching assistant for several courses such as Muslim Personal Law and Islamic Jurisprudence.
