Alizay’s practice in the Firm focuses on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory work. She is an active member of the Projects team of the Firm and regularly assists senior lawyers in advising clients on various issues related to the Projects practice of the Firm. Alizay is also part of the Firm’s Public Private Partnership team.

Alizay graduated from the University of Law, London with a First Class LL.B (Hons.) degree in 2021.
