Ali Masood joined the Firm in 2018 after completing his education in the United Kingdom and is a Managing Associate at the Firm.

Ali has extensive experience in corporate/commercial practice, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity & venture capital funds, non-banking finance companies and the fast-developing fintech sector in Pakistan. In addition to the above, Ali has also been deeply involved in the Firm’s advisory practice for local and international clients.

Ali graduated from the University of Bristol with a BA (Hons.) in History before completing his legal education from BPP University, London.
