Sarim Rasheed Abbasi is a qualified legal professional holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The University of Law, with a developing practice focused on litigation, civil and commercial disputes, and employment-related matters.

As an Associate at Haider Mota & Co., Sarim regularly appears before the District Courts in Karachi and is involved in litigation before the High Court. He works closely with the firm’s partners and senior counsel on High Court matters, assisting with case preparation, analysing complex legal and factual issues, conducting legal research, developing litigation strategies, and drafting pleadings and other court documents.

In addition to his litigation practice, Sarim works on matters involving foreign companies, including drafting and reviewing agreements relating to employment and employment disputes. His work encompasses legal research, contractual drafting, and the analysis of legal issues arising in contentious and non-contentious matters. He is developing practical experience across civil and commercial litigation while strengthening his understanding of substantive law, procedural requirements, and dispute resolution.
