Haidermota & Co. represented State Owned Entities of Pakistan – Oil & Gas Development Company Limited, Pakistan Petroleum Limited, Government Holdings (Private) Limited and Pakistan Minerals (Private) Limited- in a landmark transaction involving settlement of disputes at ICSID and ICC and reconstitution of the Reko Diq Project. The State Owned Entities own 25% interest in the Project along with Barrick Gold Corporation and the Government of Balochistan through multi-layered holdco structure and complex governance framework.
