Talha is based at the Firm’s Islamabad office and works on a range of matters relating to general corporate advisory and transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, public procurement and public-private partnerships. His tasks include conducting research, drafting of legal opinions, preparing and finalizing documents, drafting and vetting agreements and working on due diligence projects.

Talha completed his BA-LL.B (Hons.) from Sheikh Ahmad Hassan School Of Law of the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). He is enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Punjab Bar Council.
