Haidermota & Co. successfully represented Metro Wind Power Limited (MWPL), part of the Metro Wind Group, and its sponsors in the sale of 35% shareholding to CDC Pakistan Power Projects Limited, part of British International Investment. The Firm acted on behalf of its clients in the negotiation and finalization of the transaction documents, including the Share Purchase Agreement and amendments to MWPL’s financing documents and also assisted MWPL in obtaining requisite regulatory approvals for completion.
