Umar joined the Firm as a litigation associate and is based at the Firm’s Islamabad office. He assists the Partners in matters pertaining to telecommunication, taxation, arbitration, power, mergers and acquisitions, banking, civil, and criminal law. He also regularly appears before the District Courts, National Accountability Courts, Labour Courts, and Tribunals.

Umar holds a BA-LL.B (Hons.) degree from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and was placed on the Dean’s Honour List several times. He is enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Islamabad Bar Council.
