Tasneem is an associate based in the Firm’s Karachi office. Her practice at the Firm focuses on a range of general corporate advisory and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and restructuring, banking, and finance. She also assists the Partners in research on various matters.

Tasneem is a recent graduate of the University of London and joined the Firm after completing her LL.B (Hons.) degree. In addition to her work with the Firm, Tasneem has been a part of the Editorial Board of the SZABIST Law Journal as both Co-Editor and Deputy Executive Editor for the past two years. Tasneem also has mooting experience having participated in and won several national and international moot court competitions and has mentored several moot teams as well.
