Based in the Firm’s Karachi office, Kanza assists the Partners in matters pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and clients’ statutory compliances with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan in addition to advisory and research work in property/real estate and general commercial topics.

Kanza also has experience in intellectual property laws and litigation and has represented clients before the banking courts, family courts, civil courts, insurance tribunal, intellectual property tribunal and the registrar of trademarks. She is enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Sindh Bar Council and the Karachi Bar Association.
