Fatima’s practice in the Firm focuses on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory work. She is an active member of the Projects team of the Firm and regularly assists senior lawyers in advising clients on various issues related to the Projects practice of the Firm.

Fatima completed her BA-LL.B (Hons.) degree from the Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law of the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) with High Merit. She also holds a minor in Psychology. While completing her BA-LL.B (Hons.) degree, Fatima developed a keen interest in supporting victims of domestic violence and consequently, founded the Legal Aid Bureau in collaboration with a Karachi-based NGO to provide free legal aid to women belonging from underprivileged socio-economic backgrounds.
