Aamna Khaqan

Associate

Aamna’s practice in the Firm focuses on Dispute Resolution and Advisory work in contentious and non-contentious matters and covers a wide range of practice areas including, tax, alternative dispute resolution, competition laws, white-collar crime, civil and commercial law. She assists the Partners in matters before the Superior Courts of Pakistan. She also regularly appears before the District Courts, National Accountability Courts, Labour Courts, and Tribunals.

Aamna graduated in 2021 with an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London and is an Internationally Accredited Mediator. She is enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Sindh Bar Council and the Karachi Bar Association.
