Mubashir is based in the Karachi office and has extensive experience in drafting and advising on leasing, conveyancing, and other real estate matters. He assists Senior Partners and Partners in conducting extensive legal research on complex issues relating to diverse areas of the law including banking and finance, merger & acquisitions, corporate governance, labour, environmental laws and general corporate advisory work.

Mubashir routinely works on various advisory and transactional matters with Partners and his practice area includes drafting of conventional and Islamic financing agreements, rendering legal opinions, and general corporate and commercial advisory.

He is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
