Uzair is based in the Islamabad office and assists in the Firm’s dispute resolution practice and appears regularly in the Honourable High Courts of Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar for a wide range of local and international clients in matters pertaining to taxation, regulatory/compliance matters and commercial disputes.

Uzair also assists on transactional and advisory matters ranging from project financing to mergers & acquisitions in relation to telecom, banking, power and real estate sector. Uzair has considerable experience in banking laws, labour laws, inheritance laws and consumer protection laws. Prior to joining the Firm as an associate, Uzair worked at the Sardar Muhammad Aslam Law Associates, where he assisted Justice (R) Sardar Muhammad Aslam in several high profile arbitrations and was also actively involved in commercial litigation.

Uzair completed his LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London in 2012 and holds a BA (Hons.) in International Relations & Law from Edwardes College. He is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
