Fareed Yaldram
Managing Associate
Fareed is a Managing Associate at the Firm with extensive experience in advising local and international clients on complex and high value transactions. His areas of expertise include cross-border and local mergers and acquisitions (M&A), power projects, joint ventures, anti-trust laws, regulatory issues, foreign investments, exchange control regulations and construction laws.
He has advised both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions involving listed and unlisted companies.
In the power sector, he has worked on thermal, wind and solar power projects, including one of the first CPEC priority coal power projects of Pakistan. In the energy sector, he has advised various exploration and production companies on the sale and acquisition of working interests in oil and gas fields across Pakistan.
Fareed qualified as a Barrister-at-Law in 2009 and is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
